Is this some kind of foreclosure scam?
Our house is in forclosure, and a gentleman claiming to be a representative of the bank that holds the mortgage (he had a business card from a local realty company) came by with an offer.
He claims the bank will pay us $750 if we will move out of the house in two weeks, leaving the house clean and undamaged. He left a contract for us to sign (unsigned by him or anyone else from the bank), and tax forms to fill out (which would include my SSN).
At this point, it sounds a little too good to be true. Is it?
have ur lawyor check it i think its a scam
